Product: ActiveXBT offers contracts for difference (CFDs) and related leveraged products. You do not own the underlying asset. CFDs are complex instruments and carry a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage.
Third-party technology: Account registration, client portal, trading terminal, deposits, and withdrawals are provided through ActiveXBT client systems (for example backoffice.activexbt.com and platform.activexbt.com). Register and Login on this marketing site link to those environments, which are separate from this website. The contracting entity for your relationship is ACTIVE CORP LTD (Saint Lucia), subject to eligibility and onboarding checks. Where the terminal interface differs from the ActiveXBT marketing brand, that reflects the client application layout, not a different retail counterparty, unless you are informed otherwise in your legal agreements.
Before you fund an account: You must complete identity verification (KYC), sanctions screening, and other anti-money-laundering steps as required by law and by our policies. Deposit routes, payment processors, and available instruments are shown only after successful onboarding in the secure client area.
This marketing website does not accept deposits or display live payment domains; those appear only inside the partner client application after KYC.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ActiveXBT marketing website (the “Site”) operated by or on behalf of ACTIVE CORP LTD, a company incorporated in Saint Lucia (company number 2026-00377), with registered office at Ground Floor, Rodney Court Building, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia (“Company”, “we”, “us”). The trading name ActiveXBT is used for branding on the Site.
By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy and Cookie policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
The Site provides general information about online trading on leveraged products, including contracts for difference (“CFDs”). The Site is not a trading venue. Order placement, account management, statements, and binding product terms are provided through separate secure applications operated by technology partners as described during onboarding. Nothing on the Site amends or replaces disclosures shown in the client application.
Content on the Site is for information only. It does not constitute an invitation or recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, nor investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. You may not use the Site where local law prohibits access to leveraged trading promotions or to the services described. You are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to you. We may refuse or restrict access where required by law or policy.
CFDs and other leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your deposits. You should read our Risk disclosure before applying for an account or funding.
Opening a trading account is subject to identity verification, suitability checks, and acceptance of separate client agreements. We and our partners may decline applications or suspend access for compliance, risk, or operational reasons.
Register and Login controls in the site header use the partner onboarding and terminal URLs defined in components/_partner_urls.php for this deployment (currently https://backoffice.activexbt.com/register_user and https://platform.activexbt.com/).
You agree not to: (a) misuse, interfere with, or probe the security of the Site; (b) scrape or harvest data in bulk without consent; (c) upload malware or unlawful content; (d) impersonate others; (e) use the Site to market competing services in a deceptive manner; or (f) attempt to access non-public areas or systems. We may suspend access for suspected abuse.
Trade marks, logos, text, graphics, and layout on the Site are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable copies for personal, non-commercial use. No other licence is granted unless expressly stated in writing.
The Site may link to third-party sites or embed tools (for example analytics or support widgets). Their use is governed by those third parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site (other than liability that cannot be limited by law) shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of applicable law.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated where required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another law. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside and cannot be waived, the courts of Saint Lucia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site. Nothing limits the right to seek interim relief in any competent forum.
